Atlanta, GA —This was the second phase of building projects for Zion Hill Baptist Church.   The Love Center addition, valued at $8,322,290, was unique because the various construction techniques and occupation of the existing church.  This multi-phase project consisted of the construction of two-story family life center that consisted of 48,000 sf of usable space while the congregation continued to use the future attached facility for weekly services, weddings, and funerals.  The church’s mobile classroom units were actually located in the middle of the project lay-down area which presents unique safety challenges through completion.  Cooper was able to complete this project in time for the new areas to be utilized at the beginning of 2017.
