Cobb County Instructional Support Center

The Cobb County Instructional Support Center includes an addition and renovation to the current CCSD Central Office and took place in two phases. The project addition totaled 73,798 SF of new construction and 43,080 SF of renovations to the existing building. Construction of a new lobby, board room and connector to the three-story office tower. The office will remained open during the construction period. Phase two included renovation to the current center office and renovations to the warehouse. The Instructional Support Center was a 2021 CMAA Project Achievement Award Winner.


The Coop Group

The Coop Group in Tucker, GA was redeveloped from a single company office space to a multi company office space. The $5.2 million redevelopment included a renovation of the entire 10,000 square foot interior as well as a 14,000 square foot addition around the current building. The building now has 44 new offices, two state-of-the-art conference rooms, a new training and exercise room, as well as additional room for storage. The exterior of the building is all new aluminum store-front glass with metal-insulated panels. The project also included additional asphalt parking, as well as new landscaping to include a bio-pond. The building now houses the US Poultry & Egg Association and serves as the USAEEC Conference Center. The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association is the world's largest and most active poultry organization. Membership includes producers and processors of broilers, turkeys, ducks, eggs, and breeding stock, as well as allied companies. Formed in 1947, the association has affiliations in 26 states and member companies worldwide.
