Lilburn Middle School

This project consisted of a multi-phase addition and renovation of a new three-story addition and exterior/interior renovation of the existing middle school. The project consisted of 6 phases including renovating the existing 189,000 SF facility with new mechanical and paint, resurfacing the roof, renovations of the entire exterior facade and updating lighting and kitchen fixtures. In addition, a new 90,000 SF three story-facility to serve as additional classroom space for the growing location.
