The Love Center Education & Recreation
New construction of the CM at Risk project began with grading an 18 acre wooded site in order to accommodate the recreational and community center for the facility. The facility contained 450 tons of structural steel and 140,000 utility sized bricks. In addition, a 3 level 120,000 sf, 400 parking space precast deck was constructed to meet the parking demands of the facility. The project consisted of a two-story 48,000 sf recreational and private educational facility including indoor basketball court and fellowship hall with educational room to help assist in hosting services and sporting events for the Atlanta community.
