A proven process
Every successful construction project begins with proper planning. Planning and scheduling ensures our projects move smoothly from beginning to end. We follow a three step process to learn the specific needs of a project:
1. Pre-construction
Our team will thoroughly review all drawings to develop a proper time-cost estimate. This estimate is based on activities needed to complete your project, materials required, labor and logistics. We will have a Schedule development meeting with subcontractors and through a series of revisions fine tune the final working schedule for construction.

2. Monitoring & control
To maintain the quality you expect, we set the expectation of subcontractor participation in all meetings and supervision on site. Our team meets weekly to discuss the project and will update the project schedule as needed to monitor and communicate progress. When changes are necessary, we look for the most logical and budget friendly solution, keeping you involved in every step of the construction process.
3. Finishing strong
During the whole process, our project managers and superintendents practice an “upfront” approach, keeping owners, architects, and government officials informed of every part of the build, and making sure changes are made with their input. At Cooper & Co., we spend the time and resources planning and scheduling on the front end of the project to ensure a strong finish.
